Tenant(s) Payments:

• One month's rent in advance.
• Refundable tenancy deposit equivalent to five weeks' rent.
• Refundable holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent.
• A payment of £50 if any changes to tenancy are requested by tenant.
• Early termination of contract payments if requested by the tenant.

Our complete property management varies between 7.50% - 10.50% dependant on property condition and portfolio.
